- Room Rates are from £25.00 per person per night, including a traditional full English breakfast.
- Single supplement applies.
- Children are charged from £15 per night.
- Unfortunately we are unable to accomodate children under 5 years of age.
- Sorry we do not accept credit cards or pets.
- Rooms are available from 1pm on day of arrival (unless by prior arrangement)
- Guests are kindly asked to vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
Please note We are not open during the winter months and only operate from May/June to the end of October.

Our Bedrooms
We offer three bedrooms, all are tastefully & comfortably furnished and include tea/coffee making facilities, WiFi internet access, alarm clock, safe, fan, hairdryer, and LCD flat screen TV with freeview.
- The Tower bedroom a large spacious & grand room
with sea views has a luxury private bathroom adjacent to the room with separate bath, shower, toilet & bidet. A 'put u up' bed can be supplied for a child sharing with 2 adults. This room also has a DVD player. - The Blue room has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. This room also has a DVD player.
- The Quaint Twin room has two single beds and an en-suite shower room.
